To access the Help Desk, the following path is required to be entered into your web browser:
https://mashups.gbst.com
GBST will have provided you with a User ID and Password for accessing the Help Desk. GBST recommends that one central representative from your organisation be responsible for submitting issues.

Note that, as each client only has access to a single login, any change by that login id (eg, changing the report displayed on the Home Page) will be applied to all users who are accessing the system with that login |

Once logged in you will have the ability to:
a) log an issue
b) view progress of an issue
c) add and view notes and attachments of an issue
d) update issue details when required
